MANAGEMENT

Labco is a "société anonyme" (S.A.) incorporated in France, and its affairs are managed by a Managing Director (Directeur Général), with the potential assistance of Deputy Managing Directors (Directeurs Généraux Délégués). 

The Managing Director and Deputy Managing Directors are appointed by the Board of Directors (conseil d’administration). Each member of our management team is appointed for a term of six years. Our Managing Director has full authority to represent and act in all circumstances on behalf of the Issuer, subject to the limits set by law and to the powers expressly granted by law or by the company articles of association (statuts) to either the shareholders or the Board of Directors.
